2. Purpose and Scope

SaasToStore (hereinafter "the Service" or "the Platform") is an online platform enabling the conversion of websites, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and web applications into signed native applications for multiple distribution channels, including but not limited to:

  • Android: Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store
  • Desktop: Windows (.msi / .msix), macOS (.dmg), Linux (.AppImage / Snap / Flatpak)
  • iOS App Store (coming soon)
  • Microsoft Store (via PWABuilder integration)

These Terms of Service ("ToS" or "Agreement") govern access to and use of the Service available at https://saastostore.com by any person or entity ("User" or "you").


3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Service, you unconditionally accept these ToS in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.


4. Description of the Service

SaasToStore offers the following features depending on the selected plan:

  • URL & PWA Analysis: automated technical analysis of the source URL to verify compatibility with target stores
  • Asset Generation: automated creation of icons, screenshots, splash screens, and store listings via artificial intelligence
  • Android Build (V1 TWA / V2 Capacitor): conversion of the source URL into a signed AAB (Android App Bundle) and APK via dedicated build servers
  • Desktop Build (V3 — Pake/Tauri): compilation of native Windows (.msi), macOS (.dmg), and Linux (.AppImage) applications via GitHub Actions
  • Store Publishing: automated or assisted submission to Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, and Microsoft Store via official APIs
  • Keystore Management: generation, encryption, and secure storage of Android application signing certificates
  • Push Notifications: delivery of push messages to end users of published applications (PACK UPDATES and PRO plans)
  • AI-Generated Content: automated generation of store descriptions, privacy policies, and assets using large language models

The Service may evolve over time. SaasToStore reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.


5. Registration and User Account

5.1 Eligibility

Use of the Service is reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5.2 Account Creation

Registration requires a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity performed from your account is attributed to you. In the event of unauthorized access or compromise, you must immediately notify SaasToStore at hello@saastostore.com.

5.4 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active account unless expressly authorized by SaasToStore. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations or suspensions is a material breach of this Agreement.


6. Store Connections and Third-Party API Authorization

6.1 Google Play Console

To use the automated Google Play publishing feature, you authorize SaasToStore to act on your behalf via the Google Play Android Developer API using the OAuth 2.0 protocol. You retain full control of this authorization and may revoke it at any time from your Google account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

6.2 Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, Microsoft Store

To publish to these stores, you provide store-specific credentials (client ID/secret, service account credentials, or Partner Center tokens). These credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a unique random IV per entry before storage. They are decrypted in RAM only at the moment of API interaction and are never transmitted in plaintext.

6.3 Scope of Authorization

SaasToStore's access is strictly limited to publishing applications on your behalf. SaasToStore cannot access your other data, financial information, or accounts beyond what is strictly necessary for the requested publishing operation.

6.4 Publishing Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for the content of applications published on your store accounts. SaasToStore acts solely as a technical intermediary. Compliance with the policies of Google, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, Apple, and any other distribution platform is your exclusive responsibility.


7. Keystore and Application Signing

7.1 Keystore Generation

Upon the first build of a project, SaasToStore automatically generates a unique Android keystore. This keystore is cryptographically bound to your application package ID and is required for all future updates on the Play Store.

7.2 Secure Storage

The keystore is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored on Supabase servers. The keystore password is transmitted by email only to the address registered on your account, and is never accessible via the web interface or API responses.

7.3 User Backup Obligation

You are strongly advised to download and securely back up your keystore file and password. Loss of the keystore makes it permanently impossible to publish updates to your application on the Google Play Store — this is a constraint imposed by Google and beyond SaasToStore's control.

7.4 Liability

SaasToStore implements industry-standard technical measures to protect keystores. However, in the event of data loss resulting from a catastrophic technical incident, SaasToStore cannot be held liable for your inability to update your application, provided you were notified of the backup obligation.


8. Pricing, Plans, and Payments

Push notification top-up credits (never expire): 1,000 for €3 — 10,000 for €20 — 150,000 for €150.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. SaasToStore reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

8.2 Build Credits and Consumption

One build credit allows the compilation and delivery of one application set (AAB + APK for Android, or .msi + .dmg + .AppImage for Desktop). Credits are deducted at the initiation of a build. A build that fails due to a technical fault on SaasToStore's servers results in an automatic credit refund. A build that fails due to an invalid source URL, incompatible content, or user error does not result in a refund.

8.3 Fair Use (PRO Plan)

The PRO plan is subject to a fair use limit of 35 build sets per calendar month. Builds exceeding this limit are queued until the monthly renewal date.

8.4 Subscription Cancellation

PRO subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period.

8.5 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). SaasToStore stores no payment card data. In the event of a payment dispute, users should contact Stripe or their card issuer.

8.6 VAT and Taxes

Prices shown include VAT for EU consumers. For VAT-registered businesses outside France, reverse charge may apply subject to provision of a valid EU VAT number. Users outside the EU are responsible for any applicable local taxes.


9. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right

9.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

9.2 Exception — Immediate Performance of Digital Services

By explicitly requesting the immediate execution of a build (clicking "Launch Build"), you acknowledge that the digital service will be fully performed before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for that specific build transaction, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This waiver applies only to builds that have been completed. If a build has not yet been initiated, the right of withdrawal remains in full force.

9.3 Exercise of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible transactions (e.g., subscription cancellation before any build is performed), send a written notice to hello@saastostore.com within the 14-day period. We will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.


10. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these ToS
  • Submit only URLs and content belonging to you, or for which you hold all necessary rights and licenses
  • Comply with the terms of service and content policies of all target distribution platforms (Google, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, Apple)
  • Not attempt to circumvent the security, rate-limiting, credit, or authentication mechanisms of the Service
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Not use the Service to distribute applications containing: malware, spyware, ransomware, illegal content, deceptive content, unauthorized data collection tools, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without prior written consent

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.


11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Service

The SaasToStore platform, its source code, interface, trademarks, brand name, and original content are the exclusive property of Méga Joule. No license or right is granted other than the limited right to use the Service as described in these ToS.

11.2 User Content

You retain full ownership of your applications, URLs, icons, descriptions, and any content you submit. By using the Service, you grant SaasToStore a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, compile, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

11.3 Third-Party Trademarks

References to third-party platforms (Google, Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft, Lovable, Bubble, Webflow, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) are made for nominative descriptive purposes only. SaasToStore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAASTOSTORE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

SAASTOSTORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) ANY APPLICATION BUILT USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR APPROVED BY ANY APP STORE OR DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM; (D) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

The above disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties — in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaasToStore shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary or permanent service interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure outages, or force majeure
  • Rejection, suspension, or removal of an application by any app store or distribution platform
  • Unilateral changes to third-party APIs (Google, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft) that affect the Service
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity arising from Service unavailability
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or copyright issues in AI-generated content (descriptions, icons, store listings)
  • Loss of an Android keystore if the user failed to maintain a backup despite notification of the backup obligation
  • Any act or omission of third-party processors (Stripe, Supabase, GitHub, Resend, etc.)

In no event shall SaasToStore's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to SaasToStore in the three (3) months preceding the incident, or (b) €50.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAASTOSTORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF SAASTOSTORE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


14. Force Majeure

SaasToStore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, internet outages, cloud infrastructure failures (including Supabase, GitHub, AWS, or Google Cloud), or changes in applicable law or regulation. In such events, SaasToStore will notify users as soon as practicable and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.


15. DMCA and Copyright Takedown

SaasToStore respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for users accessing the Service from the United States.

If you believe that content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to:

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 14 business days.


16. Termination

16.1 By the User

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased within 30 days, except data retained for legal obligations (accounting records, tax requirements).

16.2 By SaasToStore

SaasToStore reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) material breach of these ToS; (b) conduct that may expose SaasToStore to legal liability; (c) fraudulent activity; or (d) as required by applicable law. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. SaasToStore will make your keystore file available for download for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.


17. Modifications to This Agreement

SaasToStore reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice by email before the new terms take effect. For minor changes (corrections, clarifications), modifications are effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 8.4.


18. US-Specific Provisions

18.1 Applicability

This Section 18 applies to users located in the United States of America. In the event of a conflict between this section and other provisions of these ToS, this section controls for US users.

18.2 Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, remotely. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SAASTOSTORE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable, then the arbitration provision shall be void as to the claim for which the court made this determination.

18.4 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by CPRA):

  • Right to Know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: SaasToStore does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: SaasToStore collects limited sensitive PI (authentication credentials only, used solely to provide the Service)
  • Non-Discrimination: SaasToStore will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

18.5 Governing Law (US Users)

For users in the United States, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Delaware.


19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Non-US Users)

For users outside the United States, these ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing resolution within 30 days, the competent courts of the Versailles jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Severability

If any provision of these ToS is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


21. Entire Agreement

These ToS, together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmation or plan description accepted at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaasToStore with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
